How to Increase Stowaway Capacity in Another Crabs Treasure?
When you start your adventure, you can only have three special helpers called Stowaways, and each one needs a certain amount of points to join you. At first, you have four points to use. But if you visit a place called Bottomfeeders in New Carcinia, you can increase the number of points you have and take on more Stowaways at once.
Bottomfeeders are in the lower part of the city, and there are a few shops there. One of them is Bottomfeeders. When you go there for the first time, talk to Nemma, and she'll help you increase your Stowaway capacity. Even though you can still only have three Stowaways at a time, this will let you have more points, bringing you up to four. Some Stowaways use up three points, some use up two, and some only use one. Usually, the more points a Stowaway needs, the better they are. Just choose "Increase Stowaway Capacity" at Bottomfeeders, and you'll need to spend a lot of microplastics to level up. Each time you do this, the price goes up, but it's worth it.
After a big event in the main story, when you're searching for lost treasure to save yourself, the workers at Bottomfeeders will change. Now you need to talk to Polli, one of the workers there, to increase your Stowaway capacity. The other worker next to Polli can help you hire Stowaways you haven't found yet in the ocean. There are some really cool Stowaways out there, so it's worth looking for them.
Now that you've increased your Stowaway capacity, you can have Stowaways with up to four points. And when you buy another upgrade, you'll be able to have Stowaways with up to five points, and so on. Stowaways can really help you beat tough bosses, like Magista, the Tyrant of Slacktide.
